TOD INFRA PVT LTD has evolved from The Office for Design (TOD) after a decade of Design Experience and Execution.
We at TOD INFRA PVT LTD strongly believe in authentic designs and transparency in Client relationship. We are dedicated in educating the client thus improving their perspective towards architecture and design by providing clear and consistent communication, proactively anticipating their needs to make the design process smooth and time efficient.
Each of our projects is well equipped to the context and surrounding environment. We believe in sustainable and energy efficient building design which will need of the hour. Our projects also evolve on the principle of social responsibility of an Architect in the development of the Society.
As learning is a never ending process, We learn from every project of ours by experimenting new concepts and materials with attention to on time completion of the project.
Our Design Philosophy
We believe design, detailing and value engineering to be the precept of all development. Mediocrity is an easy target, going beyond to reach perfection is the mark to achieve.
Team work is the essence of success. Symbiotic relationships lead to conducive scenarios. Performing as a team and as an individual is vital. We believe the organization succeeds when the individual succeeds.

As perception of design is subjective to individual preferences we design their personal space to their styles without compromising the intent of the space.
